About Us

In recent years, the ketogenic lifestyle has gained popularity all over the world due to its many health benefits from weight loss to mental clarity to reversal of chronic illnesses. This resulted in an explosion of small scale keto shops and bakeries as well as online platforms where the layperson, trainer or medical professional share their experience and tips on this great lifestyle. What we felt was missing was a professional and centralised hub where all these resources can be sifted through, collated and accessed. Seeing such a demand, Brett Scott and Oliver Smith co-founded Ketogenic Asia in 2020.

Ketogenic Asia is a one-stop-shop centre in Hong Kong where people can go to for professional keto coaching, find reliable resources and high-quality keto products, and enrol in keto classes that offer cutting-edge research and lifestyle tips. 

By providing a platform where patients, doctors, health coaches and therapists can collaborate,  our clients have been able to cruise along their ketogenic journey feeling empowered and well supported. 

In a short time, we have already made strong connections and are continuing to collaborate with OT&P Medical Clinic, Medifast and Eatology. Hong Kong is currently our sole location but we aim to affect positive lifestyle change and cultivate an ever-growing ketogenic community throughout Asia.
